✨ The W is excited to host SHYFT: Dream It, Be It in partnership with Soroptimist Cambridge @soroptimistcambridge
SHYFT: Dream It, Be It is a 6-week arts-based program aimed at giving Cis and Trans Girls and Gender-Diverse youth ages 12-15 the tools they need to achieve their education and career goals. Together we'll explore setting and achieving your goals, career opportunities, overcoming obstacles to success, and caring for yourself through the ups and downs on your journey all while channeling your creativity into arts-based exercises.

Live Your Dream assisting women who provide the primary source of financial support for their families by giving them the resources they need to improve their education, skills and employment prospects .
In Feb 2025 we were able to give awards to nine deserving recipients!
Dream It, Be It: Career Support for Girls gives girls the tools they need to achieve their education and career goals, empowering them to break cycles of poverty, violence, and abuse. Our local program, which focused on mentorship, launched on November 16th, 2019 with a half day event and continued throughout the school year with unique experiences and fun socials. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, our volunteer organization has started a virtual Career Explorer Series.
